磁性法评价奥氏体耐热钢的材质劣化

奥氏体耐热钢在高温和高应力条件下长期服役后,会发生材质老化和蠕变损伤,在这一过程中由于奥氏体钢中相结构的变化而使其磁性能发生了显著变化。此外,高温服役后随着合金碳化物和σ相的析出,在析出相周围产生贫Cr区,使这些区域合金成分发生显著变化致使马氏体起始形成温度(Ms)上升,在冷却至室温后转变为马氏体,会引起耐热钢磁性能的显著变化。对此,通过测量合金中马氏体相的成分,利用磁性测量方法可评估奥氏体耐热钢长期高温服役后的老化程度。
